I know that the air shocks on these XJ's are known to take dumps. After searching everywhere I found the cheapest seller was on ebay
I bought a pair of them for the rear out the door for 740.00
I am very pleased with them
the seller is named ( must-begood )
Delivery was free and only took a week.

 

Please give more details. So far the only units are Arnott Industries, or Bilstein OEM units. The Bilsteins are expensive, the Arnotts not so much, but these latter don't (yet) support the CATS system.

They are "re-manufactured" which essentially means a new air spring diaphragm will have been fitted, and probably a new lower bush and maybe the protective corrugated sleeve.They are not new and the shock absorber part is normally not touched as it cannot be dismantled. Being a Bilstein this doesn't matter too much as the shock part will outlive the air springs.It is a high quality unit.
