Default Parking brake is locked on

Okay, from "No Phone" to pulling the battery cable to reset the system.

Now, the parking brake is locked on. Tried the manuals info of holding brake down and pulling up on parking brake but nothing happens. It doesn't set the parking brake.

The message center says "cannot apply parking brake".

I tried twice with the battery disconnect.

I'm stuck! HELP.

Sounds like you need to calibrate the pb. Google for it, it's been a while but not too difficult....

Default Belay my last, I got it!

Parking brake is fine now. I may not have done the "fix" the right way the first time, then found the battery had to be disconnected for at least 10 minutes.

Thanks,

Don

Wow! Sorry to cause you the headache. Yes, it does need to remain disconnected for several minutes at least. Glad you worked it out!

Cheers,
