So today when I got off of work I had the nice surprise to see that the wind had picked up a shopping cart and though it at my bumper lodging one of the parking sensors into the bumper! So now when I put the car into reverse it will beep for a few seconds and then shut off. Does anyone know a way to pull the sensor out of the bumper without taking it apart? I can see it but not sure how to grab it. Thanks
Just guessing, but I think those might just be a press fit into a close tolerance hole, held in by friction barbs or similar. If you can get your fingers on the back side, you can probably wiggle them out.

If the sensor is near to one of your rear lights you may be able to access it by removing
a light fitting.
The sensors are held in the bumper in a plastic clip which may now be damaged.

Try pushing the sensor towards the rear of the car.
If not you are going to have to remove the bumper.
The procedure is a sticky on this or the UK forum.
