URO lower radiator hose quality?

URO lower radiator hose quality?
Has anyone bought the URO lower radiator hose? How is the quality?
I have a pinhole leak of coolant somewhere as detected by smell. I will replace both radiator hoses and the thermostat housing. And smaller hoses.
What is that thing supplied by the small hoses positioned on top of the reservoir.
