I'm kind of new here, but have owned big cats for a wile now, but i got little annoyed by the fact that i really can't find the front bumper center crome part for a reasonable price.

Well i can if i want to pay insane money for it.

So just wanted to ask what are a reasonable prise for that part ?

Dos anyone have a part over or know some body who have ?

 

They are stainless steel for the record. Ebay has some I noticed yesterday.

 

I have been looking for the side pieces so I know the centers can be a bit pricey.

You might expand the search to the uk ebay site.

I was going to paint all my chromed pieces either the body color or flat black, but decided to replace the scratched parts with the stock chrome instead.

BTW - you can search "sold" listings there and I see one that went for $120 recently.

I think I will drive more careful and park a little further away from crowds, now that I see that ...

 

Yes i can se that they often went for 50 pound, but then they want 100 pound in shippingcost and just found a complete bumper for just over 100 pound then they charge 350 pound in shipping, i mean i live in europe (Sweden) so its inside europe, and i get bikes sent up from Germany paying 10 pounds for that.

It must be a jaguar part dealer problem to have really bad shipping deals.

So yes be very carefull with your bumpers :-(

 

Just take a look at www.partacus.de. They offer an original new bumper center blade for 292.57 € incl. 19% VAT plus about 39 € for shipping (with DPD). It's the cheapest place, as far as I know. But: they take advance payment and delivery takes about two weeks (to Sweden maybe three weeks..). I've bought there for several times and everything was fine.

 

Thanks, i will look at that site, still 292,57€ thats a lot for a part like that isn't it, the shipping is reasonable though. Its not that i don't want to pay for parts, i do that a lot but think it has to be reasonable for what it is, its is just a shiny pease of metal with nor funktion at all right, well might just be me :-)
