Has anybody installed these on their Jaguar before?(Ebay link below)

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

I am very interested in how the install will go and just how simple it is.
Of course installing it as a daytime running light seems kinda crazy to me as the battery is so far away a direct connect would be drawn out.
Maybe I am wrong .
I would love to get some feedback and possible help on my next project.
