Strange car........some of you may be able to help.From factory no cruise control......have never seen this before, has anyone got a XJR with no CC????

 

My 1995 XJR has no cruise control; it is dealer original import to Hong Kong. In passing, I also saw a dealer show car also of 1995 that has no leaper on the hood, but mine has.

 

There are lots of market variations of course, but I wouldn't have thought CC would be left out sometimes. Maybe it was not allowed in certain congested areas like Hong Kong back in the day? Some of those HK cars made it to Australia. Or maybe it was an extra-cost option in some markets.

 

this was a Singapore delivered XJR 1996 model and also has a leaper the colour is titanium which is really rare in Australia.
