Power Lock, trunk, fuel door woes

Default Power Lock, trunk, fuel door woes

1997 XJ6 VDP Had the car for a bit now when I press the central lock button nothing happens at all! no door locks no fuel door lock, trunk button on lid doesn't work and Key doesn't roll up windows or lock all doors. I have beat my brain to a pulp trying to resolve this problem. Please help!

Did they work previously? Have you checked all your fuses? You might want to try unplugging and plugging in the security fuse in your battery well fuse box. Sometimes it will reset the system. Disconnecting the battery has seemed to work at times too. You may need to reprogram your key fob also.

never worked as far as i know, Fuses are good and when I push the lock button there is no relay noise.

Try reprogramming your key fob: Open trunk and drivers door,turn ignition to position 2,then rock the vallet switch in the center console five times. Within 15 seconds press the lock key(larger button)on your key fob. That might get your system working.
