Looking to replace the head unit on my 1996 x300 XJR with the amplified HK system. New speakers and amp and an Infinity Basslink in the boot. Picked up an Autoleads harness but they sent the one for the regular non-amp system. Can someone advise on the proper head unit adapter for the system, if there is one?

I've been looking into this. I've not got as far as actual wiring yet. Looking at the wiring diagram you'll need the Autoleads harness for power and light dimming etc but need to make a din socket to rca adapter harness to connect the amp. I believe the amp din plug to the head unit has 4 signal pins and a common ground.
