98 XJ8 Sliding Roof Trim

Does anyone know how to remove the sliding roof trim panel for access to the metal sliding roof panel, 76.82.19. in the Technical Service Publication, I can't find the section in my JTIS.

full tilt then from the back pry both springs down then pull panel out. From the back
