98 xj8 v8 4.0 Oil sender location
Searched through the treads for location of the oil sender for this engine with no luck.
oil, pressure light comes on on hot day at idle when a/c is on . Goes out when put in neutral or as engine is revved. Probably sender? Looking for the location of sender to switch out new unit ordered. Thanks for help |
right around the oil filter and housing. It screws into the housing. As long as yours is not supercharged then it will be the only one there. Supercharged use an oil temperature sensor right there as well.
