Ripped off wire harness

Default Ripped off wire harness
I have been working underneath my 2001 VDP and noticed a wire harness that has been sheared off. It has two wires, orange and white/blue. It is located near the passanger side muffler.
Any idea what this is and how the car might perfrom if it is missing.

if it has 2 wires then it probably belongs to the r/r marker assembly..
