Where can I get the two hoses (red and blue arrows) and what would you call them (technical name). Thanks

I would think only a dealer -- for the breather hose -- the larger ribbed on. Some have used epoxy specially made for plastic for a fix -- I would only try this on a partial failure -- I believe it is around $30.00+ new

I have an R -- so I'm not sure what the other hose is.

The ribbed one is called "Full load breather hose", is part # NCA3951CB and cost about $15
The other one is more of an issue, it's part of the fuel rail ( part # AJ83358, cost is $350) and is not serviced (sold) separately.
That said, you could get some fuel injection hose and clamps at a part store and replace it by that
I also noticed on the picture that you have replaced the factory plastic hard line for the radiator bleed by a regular rubber hose.
The factory line is pretty cheap ( part # MNC4583AC and cost $15)
Same for the factory line to the thermostat (part # MNC4582BC for $15)
