wont start

Hello all , Ive got problem , I replaced the battery in my 95 xjr as the battery before woundnt hold a charge. Put the new one in now she wont start:(.......what gives ?? I read through the old threads and didnt see anything regarding batt replacement . Im guessing it has to do with the security system . Is there a re-learn protocol when the car is powered down ??? Any help would be great
Thanks

How do you mean..Won't start?

Does it crank at least?

It cranks and thats it.
When I tried to start it with the previous batt , it barely cranked and I noticed the gauges going crazy . Im pretty much a gear head but Jags are DIFFERENT from what im used too. Any ideas ? ( fuses to fuel pump , relays ))

Ok , wasnt the fuel pump .........I checked EVERYTHING 3 times over and I decided to buy a scan tool , turns out it was the Crank shaft position sensor !!! Burning rubber again !!
