Hi folks,

I've had a search through the forum and the net but can't quite find what I'm looking for.

Currently driving an '03 Plate XJ8 V8 Se Auto 4.2l (UK) and was wondering if the Nav system is too out-of-date to take an update?I believe it's an Alpine system in (badges on speakers) and the Europe Navigation System disk has the following details:

Jaguar Part No: 1X43 10E898 AE
DENSO Part No: 464210-5025

Any help is appreciated

As your car is the newer X350 (instead of the earlier X308), this could maybe be better answered in the other forum. Here was one thread that may be useful

rosco, I think Navteq is still making updated discs for that system, there's an easy search/dropdown on their website to make sure.
