Default Xj 40 1986 sovereign power windows issue

Can someone shed some light on the electrical side of power windows of 1986 sovereign. My issue is wire supposed to carry ground power is also carrying + ve power. I ve tried to check the relays but couldn't find one , however there is a unknown module which I assume is for power windows. Can some one please help me a little on this black module and the circuitry.
the car was abandoned for a long time and was taken apart to do tinkering works. The guy who disassembled everything passed away . I ve assembled most of it back, but couldn't get the power shutters to work. I can get them to work by supplying a direct ground. But I don't like doing it without the original way.

Thank you all in advance ,

What are powershutters? Do not understand term.

Are you referring to the door lock mechanisms?

I found the issue, some one else who worked on the car had attached a ground cable to the brown power eyelet behind the dash. I was looking for the ground strap and it was in the wrong eyelet!!! Silliest mistake ever. Thanks everyone.
At the very bottom you can see the black wires for the power windows hidden away among the brown wires.😅😅😅
