Default Anyone done the T5 5 speed trans conversion behind a 4.2 XK motor?

I've been seriously considering the T5 WC 5 speed manual transmission conversion for my XJ6C. Has anyone here done it? Results? Issues? I would also be interested to know if anyone has tried a 5 or 6 speed automatic conversion. The 4 speed auto conversions that are out there just don't offer enough gears for me as I'm really looking for more performance. Now that the OEM's are doing 9 and 10 speed automatics, surely someone has done a 6 speed in an XJ?

I think so. Sounds very interesting. On J-L, D Womby describes his issues with one and the solution. Many Mustang parts used. But, of most intrigue was the adaptation of a part of the BW auto box as a bell housing. But, in that case, only 5, I think.

Trouble is that the right getrag box is as rare as rocking horse droppings now, and priced accordingly.
I spent quite a long time looking for one before I found a series 3 5 speed manual which is going into my XJC one day.
