Out of curiosity, will SII doors fit on a SIII? I prefer the classic for handles over the flush ones on the SIII.

 

They probably do, but only the door up to the window level. Above that you'll have to swap over the window frames and chrome, because the roof line is different as are the roof pillars.

The only real way to find out is to try one.

 

I know the curve of the top of the door is different between SII doors and SIII doors.
The radius of the top curve of SIII doors is larger by a considerably amount when it comes to fitting to the front fender.

This is why SIII door mirrors don't fit exactly on SII doors; they can't be made tight enough to not wiggle and jiggle with movement of the car without heroic effort -- at least not as far as I'm aware.

Oooh...I like the idea of swapping the windows. That might create some possibilities. I'll probably just have to give it a try someday.
