91 XJS seat (magnolia with red piping).

i am restoring the leather seats and piping on my 91 XJS convertible. The seats are magnolia, color code 3997, trim code AEM. The paint code is CFC (signal red).

I am looking for the color name and/or color code the the red piping.

I want to update my earlier post to confirm the Magnolia color of my seats is actually 4197. There apparently are 2 different Magnolia colors for Jaguar. The 3197 Magnolia has a little more yellow tint. I discovered this after applying some 3197 color dye and am changing to the 4197 color dye. I will show some before and after pictures when finished.

Thanks for the pic and the info. I, too, am restoring a '91 XJS Classic and am looking for carpet mats for the front, so this is very helpful. I have not seen many of these cars around. I know they were a limited edition in the U.S. I may also have to spruce up some of the leather on the driver's seat. The seats on my car look a bit similar to yours. Otherwise, the car is in excellent shape. Do you have a place you might recommend for upholstery and/or trim? I also have a 1987 XJSC in British Racing Green that we are going to work on next. That one needs complete restoration of the two front seats.
