Don't know if this helps anyone in the UK but I needed to replace my compressor and these guys did an exchange for a re con one for £275. It works really well, so much cheaper than a new one if you can find one! Service was really good too

This thread has gone cold, but I'll add my contribution in case it helps someone. I've just purchased a compressor for my X305 V12 Vanden Plas from Ebay.
(Details - A/C Compressor OEM Denso 10PA17CH for Jaguar XJ12) Note the identifying number ends in CH. This version has an rpm sensor on the underside. Model 10PA17C does not have this sensor. My car requires the CH version with the sensor.
