1991 Classic convertible 5.3
Over on XJ40.com there is a thread regarding a replacement accumulator using a GM unit designed for the Cadillac Seville.
The Part number is 25676065
and is available here : https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/parts/g...-25676065.html
Apparently it has the same pressure and slightly more volume than the unit on our cars.
Does anyone have any information/links/experience with this unit? Will it work in the XJS?
My accumulator did not survive being left to sit since 2012, and it is questionable that it was any good before then..
At less than $100, it might be worth a try.
Thanks
Steve
