Default How to change overhead light bulbs?

Does it pry off?
Three bulbs are burnt out but getting in there is a challenge. Any thoughts?
If I turn off the only light showing, the two foot well lights come on!

The unit just pulls straight down - four lugs holding it in place. Doesn't take much muscle.

Tried it last week, as hard as it was safe, and didn't manage to get it down ...

In the picture there are two round, vented plastic units. I am assuming there are bulbs in behind. Am I right?
The left light never lights up, and should be an LED, like the right one.

The two round vents you refer to in your picture aren't lights. They're sensors and part of the alarm system. The lamp in your picture that's on is one of the map reading lights. As standard this would not have been an LED.
