I'm enjoying it a lot! The sound (aftermarket Novitec exhaust) is glorious! Much better than the XKR. However, I really do miss the XKR as a daily driver. The Ferrari does not lend itself well for that. I have test driven one F-Type and it's exhaust note is awesome and definitely a selling point for me. That, and being able to drive it every day.

I remember a person in New York City who used a 365GTB/4 as a 'daily driver' and had to change the spark plugs every few months due to fouling.
It proved to be a very entertaining car to drive on snowy roads...

Outside storage for the Winter
My XK has been away since December 18th, the first snow fall. I do take the cover off and run the car, around the block, a distance of about 20miles, once the snow melts. This coming week it promises to be a bit warmer, and I shall get it started for another Winter run. So far not a problem, it starts every time, hasn't needed a jump start, or a battery maintainer even when the weather is below 10f.

I would agree 100%. There is simply no reason to store a car with the wheels off the ground. The suspension is just not made to support the wheels in this position for a length of time. Please put it down on the ground where it belongs.
