I'd like my to use the winter to have my summer front wheels repainted.
They are of the 20" Kalimnos model, in silver, but I'm not sure they have not been already repainted. So to guide my painter, does anybody have the original colour code?
Besides, I suppose these are (BBS?) wheels in two parts and the 15 (stainless steel, unpainted) bolts use a not documented specific torque and are glued: is it possible to just mask them or is it mandatory to unbolt them, and if unbolting what torque and what glue to use when reassembling?
Rimmer Bros lists the color of the touch-up paint for Kalimnos wheels as "sparkle silver" - see below. I don't know if this color is available in larger quantities but I think it's a widely used Jaguar wheel color (it's also specified for my Carelia (?) wheels). Also, you may have to buy it from a French supplier given the restriction shown.
Good luck!
As for removing the rim bolts, this thread may help. Although the subject is Senta wheels, note post #4.

Rimmer Bros. also sells the exact same "Sparkle Silver" touch-up paint for the 20" Selena wheel, but that's incorrect for the 2009 XKR Portfolio OEM Selena wheels that were a "unique Shadow finish". https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-C2P14975
