The car has a series of micro switches a two control units that make it work if one thing is out of sequence it will stop working until it is in order. It sounds like you did that.

It is fixed. My husband went through motions of opening and closing several times and finally it worked. He must have reset it somehow.

I drove mine down the street and it start back working again. This car is good but the convertible system sucks
