My driver's side window is sticking about halfway up.If I tug slightly to rear of the window it will pop free and go all the way up. I pluled the door panel off and there is no obviuos issue. The threads I have seen so far show the adjustment bolts on 2003 models and up. I have made slight adjustments to the forward and rear tilt screws with no luck. I regreased the channels and checked the moldings for tears or pinch points. I was having increased wind noise due to an alignment issue that seems to be getting worse over the past few months. I need to know if there is a way to adjust the window on this 99 so it will roll up freely. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

About 7in. from the door latch (going towards front of door), you will see a thread with a nut on it. That is the forward/rear tilt adjustment. Loosen the nut, raise the window, and align the window to the rear quarter seal, then tighten the nut. Check window travel, adjust if necessary. Hope this helps. Let us know how you make out.
