A/C recharge

Need help determining whichis the low side connection to recharge the A/C on a 97 XK8, is it the one by the firewall or the one in the front area of the engine compartment?

Low side is by the firewall. High side is on the receiver drier.
Connections should only go on one way as valves are a different size.
