Default charge air cooler stub pipe hose replacement

2004 4.2L XKR
I have searched for this topic, but can't find a thread on this problem
The 2 short hoses that connect the charge air coolers to the intake for the Throttle body are shot. I was able to remove them in pieces. soft rubber that looks like a single fluke bellows on this car,
I also have a 2001 XKR 4L, bit the same hoses on this car are really stiff straight hose, so there was some design change done to this component, hopefully to facilitate replacement?.
Does anyone know if these 2 short hoses can these be replaced without removing the TB assembly and or the charge coolers themselves?
thanks

it is possible to replace the soft stock rubber hoses that connect the charge air coolers without following Jaquar instructions with a home mechanic remedy. If you get a vacumn leak at one of these hoses, cut it off, take off the stock hose clamps you won't use them, get a foot of 1 1/4" id water hose, cut it about 2", heat it in water, lube with WD 40 and wedge it through the 3/8" gap between the two 2 stubs, there is only air going through, so you don't need an 1 1/4" of hose onto each stub, use new ratcheting hose clamps and all you have to remove is the airbox. 6 hour job done in 45 mins.
