Took the Mrs out for lunch today and when we arrived at one side of the eatery's car park was a row of TVR's all proudly lined up, with owners already inside tucking in to their starters. Just couldn't resist it, so over we went and parked at the end of the line up!

Now, obviously we are all completely objective on the forum in our thoughts and comparisons of the Cat vs anything sporty (let alone sporty AND British), but take a look at the pics, and honestly tell me which car stands out from the crowd! TVR's might sound a little better, and even go a little quicker, BUT... they just don't touch the XK8/R for looks, poise and panache! Its presence it just immense...

 

It does look better but one question, did the wife park it or didn't you see the lines?

 

T'was me. ALWAYS park covering 2 bays! Doesn't every XK owner??!!

 

Of course it stands out!! It's twice the size!! But seriously has a sexy, flowing body the others don't have!!
That being said, I wouldn't mind that grey metallic one in my drive!! I've never seen one in the States.

 

The XK8 is my small car. What size are those things!
