Default Mina Gallery delete exhaust kit. Anyone familiar??

I'm looking to do a little upgrade to my 02 xk8 and since I'm finishing my arden body kit this week, I need new tail pipes!
I like e looks of e delete exhaust kit from Mina and for the money, it will upgrade the tips and give a bit more sound.
Anyone installed this kit? The price is right for sure!!

Default Mina Muffler Delete

Take a look at the Aftermarket Exhaust thread. Mina info is in there. I'm not sure what makes Mina so special. I had the rear muffler deleted and 4" stainless steel tips added for $150 including installation. Welded and not clamped. Here's how it looks. Fills the space nicely. With the body kit you are doing it will look outstanding.

Default Mina kit

I have it on my car. It sounds good.

The mounts are horrible and need to be replaced with good mounts. It cost me about $300 to fix it and have it hang right. If you rely upon the mounts that they supply, they'll break and your pipes will be hangin' in a few days, most likely.

If you can count on throwing away the mounts and having REAL mounts made, go ahead and buy it. Donate the supplied mounts to the recycle bin.

There's also a lot of stress on my kit since the angles aren't quite right and the pipes are tightened as flexed into place on my car, held by force with the newer better mounts that I had made.

Thanks guys for the advice. Honestly, I'm looking for a nicer set of tips and would rather not have to change out too much. I really want the ones on my XF and actually thought about trying to get a set if they'd fit.

Glad to know about the fit situation. My Arden kit from mina was supposed to be minimal work but in reality was quite a bit. The rear bumper was the most difficult. LOTS of modification to the aluminum bumper.

But it's almost done and worth ever issue!!
