No audio from telephone, but sound from all other sources
Hi,
I do not get any audio/ringtones/keytones from the telephone handset over the radio. Radio itself works fine; Audio from FM/Casette/CD-changer. I have the premium sound system.
If I take the handset from the holder, there is sound coming from the handset speaker itself, no problem there. The problem only occurs when in the cradle trying to use the hands-free part.
The radio is getting muted by phone system.
Any ideas? I have a unit behind the rear seats (if you can call that...) p/n LNG7301AD. Checked all connectors, and re-connected them.
I re-connected the RJ connector in the cradle and the multicontact connector that is in between the RJ connector and presumable the Motorola unit.
I also removed the radio and re-connected all the connectors. And disconnected the battery from the car to reset the system.
And checked the audio level
Any thoughts?
