Can anyone tell me where the OBD plug/port is on my 2001 Jaguar XK8? I want to try one of the DIY diagnostic testers, but can't even find where to plug it in.

Thanks Matt. I just didn't get low enough. Boy am I stupid.

 

Wanna hear stupid, It took me 3 months before i found the kickdown switch under the accelerator pedal. now that's bad!

 

Also, for an OBDII scanner, you'll find alot of generic scanners out there that will read engine codes, maybe transmission also. But if you ever want a scanner that will do the ABS system, air bags, enhanced transmission and engine, etc..look into Auto Enginuity software. It is what I went with and will never need to have another code read or cleared again..ever. It monitors 02 sensors in real time, temperatures, and lots more, for more aggressive troublshooting. Its about the cheapest you can go wiithout getting into the big shop-owned systems. Just some FYI as you look around.
