I am sure this is an idiot question but where is the facia fusebox on the passenger side?
I have looked in the manual and it shows it inside the door on the picture. But it clearly isn't there. I have looked in the footwell, theres a black box under there is that it?
Is there any chance someone can help me out with this please! Any help will be much appreciated.

Open the passenger door. Look at the end of the fascia and you'll see a triangular plastic cover:

It's colour coded the same as the fascia to disguise it.

It is located to the side of the dash covered when the door is closed next to the glove box. Same location as the driver side fascia box.
Thanks I have found it now. I am waiting on the rain to stop, then I will see about removing the fuse, assuming i have the tool in the place it tells me it is in the manual

I replaced the cigar lighter fuse which for some reason had a 5amp in it,with the correct 20amp.
Still no joy with it working. Any idea what else could be causing this issue? The metal inside the lighter box isn't exactly shiny clean but its not terrible.

The harness connectors to the cigar lighter are a 'popular' place to use for adding aftermarket accessories. Substitution of the 20amp fuse with a 5amp suggests it's had attention from someone with more enthusiasm than knowledge. Wires could have been cut / spliced / rerouted as a feed for something else by the PO.Originally Posted by crimsonsphinx

You can check for power to the housing with a multimeter but will have to remove the console to examine the connections and harness.

Hi graham,
I have now fixed the issue. It seems the new fuse was faulty in someway. Probably all the time sat in the boot compartment as I took it out and put another nom jaguar 20amp that I just bought in and now its magically fixed.
