When you say dash kit what parts are you referring to? You mention the radio, however what I consider the "dash" has nothing to do with the radio. If you are looking for the wood veneer dash panels I have a Nav car I'm looking at converting to triple guage and would consider selling my complete set of panels, in excellent condition, in order to get a replacement matching set for the triple guage setup.

If you mean the radio and not the wooden dash pieces, search the forum. Tons of people have changed theirs for after-market models.

There are several links on using XJ panel surrounds to allow for more extensive modifications.

There is also a forum link just for audio and electronics. Try there as well.
