There are so many problems you can or did create, not to mention that sucking a little water into cylinder will hydrolock and engine and easily breaks blocks, rods and pistons. replace the air filter at the very least, and next time you try this at least pop the top of the airfilter housing loose so it doesnt suck water up into the air intake from inside the wheel well were it located at. This would at least give you another foot of water you could go boating in before sucking up water.

brutal, i sense some degree of sarcasm in your post. rs, please avoid doing this again in the future, unless you absolutely MUST cross a river. thankyou for your consideration. If you do get your car 'dried' out, it may never run correctly again...water in engine equal very bad things.
