What is the correct torque on the upper a-arm fulcrum bolt on a 2001 XKR?

JTIS has 2 conflicting values:
98-132 Nm is listed in the specifications section and the shock replacement procedure

60-80 Nm is listed in the alignment procedure and the bushing replacement procedure

Which is correct?
