XK8 Antenna Improvement?

XK8 Antenna Improvement?

I understand we cannot replace the hideous electric radio antenna...but is there a way to improve the awful reception?

I also have always found my reception to be pretty good with the long, really long, aerial. Is your's standard height or perhaps not extending all of the way. Measure and let us know the full length of yours...antennae that is.

It sure is long. I was surprised at the length.

I don't have any problems with reception here in OrEgone.

I'm in the farm lands of Molalla about 50 miles south of you. I'm at OHSU 5 nights a week. We have to together, I'd like to see your XKR's engine. I couldn't find one to buy when I was looking to buyand ran into my XK8 by accident when I hadno intention of buying a car.
