Hi
I have a 2003 XKR and on pull away, low gear change and reverse it shunts.

Any ideas?

Someone told me to change the engine mounts.

My first thought would be to have the fluid level in your transmission checked, and if necessary, topped up with the proper fluid. These gearboxes can behave a bit strangely if the level is even a bit low. If the level is too low for too long, damage can result and that will be an expensive fix.
