I prepped the surface with 1500grit wet (mini orbital) then got the guys to hit them in the spray booth Not hard to remove disconnect the harness, water jet tubing , release the front bar from the top x3 plastic plugs / 10mm bolts. When un bolting the headlight there also is a bolt in the inner wheel well .
