Painful, just polished as only recently purchased, next day it rained heavily. Caught out, found drivers window leaks, soaked drivers floor and now have a Fault code1224. 1st was stability control fault with engine fault red warning, idles fast and loses a cylinder or 2 on low power settings but on all 8 when accelerating now the auto is jammed in 3rd or 4th to limp home 1224... Will a hard reset cure??? any ideas where to start??
