My ‘97 VDP needs new tires and, I’ve decided, new wheels. Was going to try to find a place to replace the rims, but turns out the corrosion isn’t purely cosmetics as slow air leaks keep popping up. How common/expensive is it to find more of these original wheel sets in good condition? Or more practically, what are some of the most popular after market options to preserve the original integrity of the vehicle?
