2005 S Type power tilt wheel inop and leaking coolant expansion tank.

power tilt wheel stopped operating cannot determine why and what to do also the coolant expansion tank leaks coolant. (help please).

A new tank will fix the coolant, it's a common problem, check the switch below the steering column to the right is in the auto position.
