OK so there are actually three different 3-piece front splitter / spoiler options, depending on model year of the car...
2008 XKR-S, suits XKR up to VIN (B32752)
C2P17586XXX, right piece
C2P17587XXX, left piece
C2P17588XXX, centre piece
2010/2011 Aeropack, for XKR VIN (B32753) To VIN (B44939)
C2P20415XXX, right piece
C2P20416XXX, left piece
C2P20417XXX, centre piece
2012-onward Aeropack, for XKR VIN (B44940) onward
C2P22272XXX, right piece
C2P22274XXX, left piece
C2P22276XXX, centre piece
There are no supercessions of these parts, they are not "interchangeable" according to JEPC.
Has anyone fitted the splitter from the later models to an early car? I mean for example a 2010/2011 or 2012-onward splitter to a 2008 or 2009 car? Do they fit?

I noticed over the winter that my XKR didn't have a front splitter left on it, it had a few bits of plastic left over from the original though! I guess a previous owner had left it somehere near a kerb, which might explain the two wonkey front rims I had to get straightened as well.
Anyways, I found 1 side on ebay for £50, and bought the other two pieces directly from the jaguar heritage parts sight for roughly another £250.
AS an aside, it's worth checking the offical jaguar heritage site for bits and pieces, I think they effectivly supply to the likes of Rimmer Bros and other online parts places, but theses guys have them in stock and can post out next day.
I painted and fitted the splitter (2010 model) and would be suprised if it will fit any other front bumper style, it's pretty well exactly tailored to the bumper shape.
Amazing how much more 'aggressive' looking a car can be with a little strip of extra splitter sticking down half an inch from the front.

another left bit - new £49

I agree with Piersman, tiny bit of plastic made my car look substantially more aggressive...
