Since my 04 STR is drving like its suppose to (had a TBS problem) & after driving my wifes 2008 Volvo S80 for a while, I decided i HAD to at least change out the speaker in the car. I found a thread to remove the back seat to get to the sub (purchased a pair of kicker subs, plan on running them off the fac. amp) but my seat doesnt fold down.....I've unbolted everything that could be seen, but couldnt get the seat out, any ideas???
I also picked up some JL's for the doors, hopefully wont have any issues there, seems pretty straight forward

 

Search is your friend. Go to the S type forum and search like "rear seat fold". The STR's are hidden since there is a brace there. They still have the pulls in the trunk to put them down there will just be a brace in your way. jag79 had a nice little pic showing his because he just recently upgraded the rear subs and I believe he had to remove the brace to get at them.
