Default Advice for 2000 S-Type Stereo Nav Replacement

I've scoured the posts, found a lot of late model installations.
How about 2000?
I'm not afraid of work, closest to Plug-and-Play?
Late model units?
Thanks for any reply's.

Not sure I can help you personally. What are you looking for? I assume a double-din 6.5"-7" touchscreen unit?

Did you find anything about the trim faceplate needed for an aftermarket deck? What about wiring harness adapters, any luck finding those on the internet or around here?

Ya, there are double-din bezel / face plates, and I've seen a number of sources for harness adapters for non-amplified units, but mine is the premium (amplified) stereo.

Thats why I was asking if anyone has done a 2000 S-Type lately, with later model double-din units.

If I don't get any direction to go thats already been done by someone else, I'll just pick one that strikes my fancy, and deal with the bezel and wire harnesses later.
