My USB port will not play music of any kind from my 1 gig USB stick.

Can anyone help please

 

Is the ACM switch in the ON position?

 

I have no idea what your hardware is, but certain devices will only read USB drives if they are formatted with a given file system - eg. FAT32.

 

Where do=I find and switch on the ACM switch.

Thank you, I had the car back at the dealership again and they told me there was a text file on the stick, I knew there was not.
But your post had me thinking and I checked ande it was formated with "fat" onlt, I reformated to fat 32 and it now plays perfect.
