Jag mechanic near Albury
Hi guys, sorry if I have posted this in the wrong spot.
Basically I'm staying in Albury for 4 days preceding Easter and am hoping to return home Easter weekend.
I've just gone over a ditch in the road and have disintegrated my under tray. This is the third one in just over 10 years dam it.
Anyhow I need someone in the area who can remove what's left of it so I can get home. If I was in my own garage of course id easily do it myself but............
Any advice appreciated

I think we overtook you heading north on the Hume on Sunday. I remember commenting to my partner how nice the red Jaguar was.
Thanks for the Advice and comments, guys. I arrived in Albury on Sunday afternoon at about 2 pm, so we possibly crossed paths, Jim. Thank you for the compliment. I use my Jag begrudgingly as an everyday ride. And I am well aware that by rights, I should have it on Club plates as a weekender.
I ended up rolling the dice and rang the RACV with the call going straight through to the NRMA (NSW equivalent). They were happy to send out a roadside assistance van, which happily got under the front and removed what was left of my undertray. Regretfully, I think I have lost the two channels that vent air to the brakes as well.
I say rolled the dice and called the RACV because, judging from my experiences over the last few years, the RACV has been fairly useless. They will send a roadside assistance guy out to tell you he can't help you, you need a Tow to a mechanic of your choice or the Battery Van, then make you wait another hour for either to arrive. The NRMA, on the other hand, after I had told them my problem, sent a guy out who was more than happy to fix my problem and get me going again.

I was heading home from a wedding in Melbourne. Your experience of the RACV is generally what we would get from NRMA in metro areas.
However in country towns the NRMA people are usually contactors from a local dealership so they will possibly do a bit more to get you out of doodoo.
There's a chance that you might have got the same person or one of his colleagues if you called the RACV in Wodonga.
