If you want to be alerted when there is a new post in this forum area, go to the top of the page and click on "Forum Tools". You then have the option to subscribe to the Forum, which will alert you when there is new activity. When you subscribe you are then asked if you want an update on the day a new post happens or just a once a week update (again only if something happens).

If a run is planned at least you get to know about it in a timely manner, and you dont have to think about checking back for activity. Hopefully things will become a bit more active post lockdown.
