Default How are Toronto stores for service?

Looking at buying a new Jag from one of three Toronto retailers --- Thornhill, MetroWest or Grand Touring. Can anyone comment on their service departments?

The initial price is one thing, but one then has to deal with their service departments for years to come. Looking for both good and bad war stories. Thanks in advance for helping me decide.

I've been with Metro West (Formerly Roberts Motors) for 3 Jags now and dealt with Domenic Bertucci in sales.. I mention him because he has been super responsive to anything I've needed and quietly finds ways to get things done, he is also not pushy at all.

The service has been excellent.. I have not had any major issues over the years, yet when I walk in they know me by name immediately and the mechanic comes out to discuss the car before and/or after the service.

They also pick the car up for service if I prefer.
Lawrence.

Bought from Thornhill last Thursday.. Dom B was always too busy, so worked with Dom C. However, he was too much into theatrics when negotiating. Didn't need that.

Sending you a PM.

Bought my XKRS last year at Robert. Excelent deal with Mr Silverman. Don't know if he still there. For service, Pardesh is a great contact. I've stop by the shop last summer returning from a road trip and I've been welcome like an old friend even if I don't do my regular service there (it's 600 KM from my home).
Give them a shot.

Guy
