Default tires
looking for a good set of tires, have michelin mxx4 235/50/r17. pretty expensive new.

Try tirerack.com and see if there are any local shops that will install them. I saved a bundle.

Default replaced tires
replaced tires with same michelin 1100.00 installed ( Brampton Kraze Tire)

I was in the same dilemma. The car takes 255/40zr19's.
Though I prefer and had the Michelin Super Sports for the car, TireRack.com had Dunlop Max Sport GT's for less than 1/2 the price...
FWIW.
